Karachi (Feb 23, 2020) TwentyOne builders have launched phase one of the smart city project ‘TwentyOne Karachi’. CEO, Mr. Iqbal Mithani at the corporate launch event held at a local hotel said TwentyOne Karachi will make the dream come true for the common man of Karachi as the scheme has specifically been designed for SEC B and C. Plots will be allotted in different sizes for the convenience of citizens including 120, 200, 500 Square yards.

“Plots will be available at very competitive rates and on easy installments as well. For overseas clients TwentyOne has already launched an overseas block where their investment will be safe and secure,” he added. He said that bookings will start from 1st March and it is expected that possession will be given by 2023.

“We are looking forward to revive the glory of Karachi away from the hustle bustle of the gigantic metropolis, TwentyOne is not just calling code of Karachi, it represents us,” he added.
